yo this is upsetting

I mentioned it during last week's streams since we were wrapping stuff up, but I figured I'd start double-dipping on Dawntrail to get my character through that little bit faster. But to go with that, we're starting something new up for our longplay.

So, without further ado, here's the HISS for this week, with all times in US Eastern!

🏖️ Hump Day with Ham (Aug 21 @8pm): Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail

The first two zone plot-lines were wrapped up, so we're continuing on from there. Which means some revisits and probably reaching the first dungeon. Maybe even make it to the first trial given the pace we've been setting?

🏖️ Freeform Friday (Aug 23 @8pm): Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail

Continuing on from wherever we left off from above. Where we start and where we get to is going to be based on that, of course. Best guess is getting through the first half of the expansion, but we'll have to see.

🤖 Longplay Saturday (Aug 24 @3pm): SD Gundam Battle Alliance

The Mecha Break playtest has put me in mind of some robot gaming, so we're gonna do some of that. Also, my other ideas for the next longplays were more Final Fantasy games, which felt like Too Much Final Fantasy.

I will be honest, I don't know why I felt the need to pin this to the corkboard like a butterfly, but something pretty and sad came to me last night, about the way Aisedza's story is likely to end, though hopefully not for a very long time.
