A while back I noticed Final Burn Neo added support for the Sega C-2 aka Puyo Puyo 2 arcade:
seems there’s been work in progress the past few months in adding emulator support for sega c-2 arcade hardware in final burn neo. this means fightcade support for puyo puyo 2 arcade could become a reality in due time. also columns 2 I guess for all the columns fans out there (?)

I guess I didn't realize until recently that the Fightcade devs had no interest in updating the core FBNeo engine any time soon, so I took it upon myself to see how much work it would take to add the C2 driver myself, and lo and behold, it wasn't much! Submitted a pull request today; we'll see how long it takes to have it accepted and released.
so fightcade got a new update out of the blue today, and merged in precisely zero of the open pull requests (including my sega c2 driver port).
actually, I also had a sega system 32 driver port from a few months back that i never added to the pull request because I couldn't figure out how to get outrunners working (something about the multi-monitor setup causes a freeze after boot). The rest of the games I poked around with seemed to work fine....... should I add it to the pull request and see what happens???
