While the book "How do you Live" is amazing on its own (healing me from the inside), theres something else about it that I cherish.
It has a letter inside from my dear aunt! She was lent the book to read while she was ill.

I don't see anyone else signing the letter, as I might be too scared to give it away again... I'd rather not lose this copy
Maybe I'll make a rule that allows only immediate family...?? or extended family I know well...

Going to talk about a childhood memory I have burned into my brain
Many times in middle school, I'd miss the bus home, and I'd have to wait for hours for my mom to pick me up
My home was 13 miles away, so I couldn't just walk back. I'd be waiting till sundown for my mom to arrive...
One day, while I waited alone, this girl showed up in front of me, springing up random conversation
She looked kinda like me, but her hair was a lighter color. We also had the same backpack, only she had pink polka dots and I had purple.
She talked to me like we always knew each other, Like we've always been hanging out, waiting for our moms to pick us up...
My memory is blurry, but I'm pretty sure she was with me the whole time till my mom finally arrived.
I never got to see her again. I never saw her in school either.
. . .
Is it weird for me to think she was an angel?
