Some more specific inspirations for Meowdy teaches include Sonic’s School House, Petscop, Valle Verde and Dreaming Mary.

It also inspired by just my love of the haunted game trope popularized by creepypastas, cheesey yes beloved by me also yes.

This is devlog is for a game called Meowdy Teaches, a horror game based on early edutainment games, analog horror, mascot horror and ARGs.

This game will feature RPG horror, side scrolling, and point and click elements depending on the area of the game.

There are currently 5 main mascots planned. A cat, a fox, a lizard, a mouse, and an owl. Currently unsure of side characters. As I need to plot out the story more before deciding relevance.
