pf2e has some of the silliest looking kobolds. They got big doopy anvils for heads, and I love them.
They're also one of the few fantasy depecitions of them that lets them be menaces. Actual Golarian kobolds are genuine threats. They don't suffer meek strength penalties, and truly excel at the gruellia warfare style of cave-traps and swarm tactics.
