Another new character, they're a Siberian Chipmunk~

I've not come up with a name for this one either! Truth be told it's still not set in stone if I'll ever use these two goobers for anything! But it's been a while since I Designed Character and it was driving me a little spare lol now I feel at peace =v=

Prehaps next, heaven forbid, I'll draw some ref sheet of characters from the story I'm currently writing! What a concept!
