Just out and about? Generally shorts and a tee, easy to move in and not too restrictive on his fur. He likes to go naked around his home, but will "wear" an illusion in the event of friends or unexpected guests. In winter, he swaps the shorts out for khaki pants and adds a sweatshirt on top - cheetahs aren't known for natural winter coats, after all, and not everyone appreciates little fires around him to stay warm.
Additionally, he has a frankly unnecessary amount of cosplay. The props see a lot of use (homing magic bolts aren't difficult, but they're drastically more annoying when he's firing them from a Halo Needler), but the costumes are generally reserved for attending a con or dicking around on stream.
Oh, and of course, two swords on his back, if that counts as clothes. They act kinda like Dream's wings in that they're there when he needs them and not when he doesn't, and somehow this is not a magical ability.
Despite his flashy nature, he's pretty utilitarian when it comes to fashion, which suits a lifestyle that is frequently and inexplicably interrupted by random life-threatening events.
