The hull of their ship creaked and shuddered as the vessel was moved by an external force. Though terrifying, the crew knew the cause. Once more the entire ship tilted as the massive fingers rotated it around one last time, and the ships engines flickered to life again.
With one last twist of his screwdriver, the tiny engine was back in place on the palm sized ship. Easily the smallest ship he'd ever had in his repair shop The ocelot rotated the ship slowly in his hand, examining for any other damage. "There we go. You're all fixed up." He said.
The captain of the cruiser let out a sigh of relief as his crew cheered. "Thank you." He said. They'd been adrift after a meteor hit their engines. Had they not found the ocelots repair station, they'd be dead. "I don't know how we can repay yo-"
"3500 credits." The ocelot said.
He blinked. "Uh-what?"
"2200 for the parts and 1300 for the service." The ocelot explained.
"But-" The captain stammered. The entire yearly production of their home planet was worth about 5000 credits. "W-we cant afford that!"
The ocelot narrowed his eyes.
Before the captain or crew could even react, the giant aliens massive fingers closed around their battle cruiser and the ocelots other hand moved behind them. With a flick of his fingers their engines were torn off entirely. Red alerts sounded as the giant began moving.
After a few seconds of their ship violently shaking around, they felt a fall, followed by a loud crash as their ship came to a halt. As the crew recovered, they looked outside the ship to see a large dome around them. A jar. A glass jar with the ocelots face smirking outside it.
He held the jar to his face for a moment, admiring the design of the tiny ship. How could a crew of 1600 people not afford a cheap repair? The ocelot chuckled as he put the jar aside for later when his shift was done. Hopefully their ship was airtight...
