Rachel belongs to Doover, I absolutely love their work and character designs, they're always so colorful and full of life, not to mention they draw vehicles very well and nail action scenes and general composition. From what I gather Rachel is part of a band heavily inspired by The Who called The Roundels and she plays the keyboard.
