(please excuse my messy-ass desk, it’s literally the only place i have decent lighting)

finished calibarn last night! really cool build, it's been nice seeing the improvements in detail and separation even throughout the HGWFM line.

i wish i had a bit more flexibility with posing the broom but i'm glad i was able to make this happen without modifications. also glad it came with a display stand because posing this without anything would be a nightmare lmao

i've got a few options for next off my backlog... still got some WFM kits to build but also acquired a Weird Artifact when i was in boston that i kinda want to stream building???

i don't know why i'm being secretive about it; it's a 1/100 HG God Gundam from October 1994. found new-in-box, not sure when the specific printing is from but the kit itself is Fucking Old. 1/100 HG is weird enough as is, but the age means there's gonna be some really wacky shit going on there. i think it would be fun to stream. idk. much to think about

Oh boy oh boy oh boy I have been just waiting to build/post about this one ever since it was announced. This beautys been on my to-buy/to-build list third only to original Aerial and Lfrith. Cool wing(s) pack and a giant sword? Just hitting all my Giant Robot aesthetics at that point.

Had some scuff marks around her grey/black parts but overall this build was a riot through and through. I was scared as hell that the stickers for the inside of it's swords since they're of a different material than the usual foil/reflective stickers, but they applied smoothly with with 0 scuffing. And man oh man the sword itself is fun to pose with, especially compared to some of the issues with my IBO kits and their BFS's such as the Sword Mace. Its way easier to do things like the ground plant, backhand grip or even the shoulder/back mount thanks to how easy it is to rearrange the grip without popping out the hand back. And it works beautifully no matter if its in Big Sword or smaller sword mode.

Not sure when I'll get to building more since my building chair is still substituting for my computer chair, but hopefully it'll be soon. Just got a few more G-Witch kits on the backorder and soon this collection will be (mostly) complete!

man I still need to grab actual stands at some point just so I can pose this in blades/funnels out mode
