Second half of the Gunpla double-whammy, its everyone's favorite minigun-toting psychopath, the Lfrith Ur!
I'm a little sad this one doesn't have a Shell Unit piece and simply resorts to a Sticker+Clear Part combo, but thankfully I didn't fuck up the head piece like I nearly did with the Pharact. And the rest of the stickers were surprisingly easy to put on stuff like the pack cannon (barring a few strip pieces along the edge).
As it stands, its a pretty stocky/fun build. Not quite on the level of the a Jeturk mobile suit (size) or Grassley (design), but its still pretty dang large for this show's Gundams (so far).
Also more mobile suits need shield-gun combos.
You can probably guess whats being built next. Can't build one half of a pair, after all.
So I finally watched the new Yuri Gundam past the prologue last night (my life has been...very busy this year, so I've fallen behind on a lot).
I knew I was promised gay from the very beginning, however I underestimated just how much. I am an experienced Himejoshi and WOW (very good wow btw).
Currently up to I think episode 11. We'll see how the most blatant mainstream Yuri series since Revolutionary Girl Utena (which I will admit to having missed the boat on for different reasons as a young blood and also need to rectify) manages to go on now.
One gundam nerd observation is that our resident masked person this time (Prospera Mercury) is much less blonde then most of the other masked folks. They either had golden hair (Char Aznabele, Zechs Marquise, etc) or platinum blonde (Harry Ord, Shwartz Bruder). The only other one I can think of that doesn't off the top of my head is Chronicle Asher from Gundam V.
And here comes Prospera with her evil MILF vibes being a total brunette saying "screw this trend," and we're all here for it.
