I've made this bread recipe again, but I'm doing a little experimentatin'
I added a little extra starter discard, a teaspoon of milk powder, and I added a bit of rye flour, just enough, added slowly, to counter the extra moisture from the extra starter. I also used bread flour this time as opposed to APF.
Hoping for good results! I'll be checking on it in a few hours, it's resting in a warmed oven now.
...Eventually I will time my starter feeding to be able to make a fully-sourdough loaf lol. So far I've just done discard recipes.
