i DO feel like ranting about something about tsuru/guts thats been on my mind for a while

so basically. tsuru is cis female. on first look its usually either assumed that she's male OR if you know her gender, transfem cuz of her chest (or lack thereof)
due to some side effects of her devilism she cannot gain excess body fat, thus why she's so skinny, and also why she doesnt have boobs. i dont feel like explaining how this whole thing works cuz that would be just way too hard to explain. all you need to know is that she's cis and she cant gain fat.
sometimes i draw tsuru shirtless, (like this drawing, for example) guts is always shirtless, actual clothes is only for the most important devils because hammon sucks ass at being a fair leader.
i've just sort of wondered, do people consider this nudity? cuz "technically" (ugh) her "boobs" are out but like appearance-wise its no different than a shirtless guy. are the boobs themselves the problem or is it just being female thats the problem? if its the boobs then how do guys with moobs get away with havin THEIR shit out? i dunno. i personally dont consider it nudity cuz like she aint got nothin, what is there to hide?

either way fuck you im not hiding this for nudity cuz without this context you would probably just pass her off as a shirtless guy and have no problem with it lmao
