Ken and company set out from the Caern of Rain Spirits to hunt down the sick werejaguar Atahualpa! Thankfully Skipper Vladimir was still hanging around Codajás and agreed to take them back towards Manaus.

It wasn't difficult to find the area where the werecat's territory once was, as the jungle there had been completely clear-cut. Ken and Cordel went to scout ahead of the others. They did find the kitty, but Ken's cane bonk was not very effective. The cat's roar however was super effective in causing Ken to flee.

Ken and Cordel made a tactical retreat back to the others for a war council. Ken decided the best next action was turtle bombardment. A turtle dropped on her head from high in the air failed to knock out Atahualpa, but it at least gave Tannis an opening to use his gross city-stink breath to finish the job.

They have successfully obtained an angy sleeping purrito! Now they just have to get her back to safety...

really hoping it's good. i've only been to one similar show so far, probably over a year ago now, and it was extraordinary, easily my best VRC experience. not expecting as much from this one but hey, will see.

i'd say well over 95% of VRC music events are dance, rave, edm, DJ kinda stuff. i don't really vibe to that so anything different is like an oasis in the desert.

the young fellow putting this together really wants to see an English-language VRC jazz scene coalesce. if you think that sounds cool i encourage you to join the Jazz Lounge discord to check things out and show support.
