la fucking noire.....thats damn fine video game right there
It’s like if you combined Alibaba with the most demented flea market you’ve ever seen. Currently debating between the bottle of “Adderell” or the AI generated knockoff pokemon cards
So last night i played super mario sunshine past midnight, check socials and found.. DASHCON TWO IS CONFIRMED!!
So starting with the news, you ever heard of dashcon? That infamous convention about the tumblr community that had the ballpit? Yeah some folks are gonna do a sequel to that.

Seeing this does bring up a point. Dashcons legacy was the underwhelming disappointment of reality compared to what was promised. How exactly do you recreate that for a sequel when the disappointment is expected? I suppose if it ends up being a big scam but thats neither here nor there. We'll just have to wait and see how this develops.
So Super Mario Sunshine... its considered the black sheep of the series and its not my personal fave... but i love this game. I think isle delfino is one of the better mario worlds to explore. The game is summer exemplified with so much sun and water. I mean the island is a tropical vacation resort and that vibe is strong here with all the locales, bright sunny levels and beautiful blue water. Marios moveset also feels good with the fludd backpack, no longjumping but you can spray some h20 and slide on it to cover long distances, walljumping is simplified to one button and spinjumping into a hover feels great.
Whats not great is how you play the game today, im playing on the version for mario 3d allstars, a collection of 3d marios thats been delisted and doesnt include galaxy 2, and for some reason they didnt change the button prompts to match the switch unlike 64 and galaxy. Only way you can play sunshine now is either have the gamecube disc or emulate, nintendo hurry up and put gamecube and wii games on nso, stop doing the odd remaster of them and charge 40 to 60.
So onto some neat facts about sunshine:
- You fight that goopy plant "boss" way too many times in the early game, 2 before you get to bianco hills and then once more in there. You then fight a dark version of that boss which has a second phase thats the same as the first to get to the harbor and the beach levels.
- Did you know instead of walking into the durians, you can just spray water to move them and its less forceful? I didnt.....
- The lil pianta kids, the small version of the big palm tree folk? They kinda sound like neco-arc when you talk to them
- The fluddless stages you go into for some sprites have a childs playroom look to them. A lot of the objects look kinda like building blocks and toys. The skybox looks like drawings on a kids room wall. Its honestly kinda fitting given who the main antagonist is..
- The sunflowers at the themepark stage. Especially the big one, the big milfy one?

Someone would...
Someone...
Would.....
See you all tomorrow, feedback is appreciated, anons are currently on atm.
I wish to be able to vacation at isle delfino and enjoy the sun and sea. I want to be thrown up into the stratosphere by a local
