SO!!!

I downloaded the most recent appimage for postybirb+ 3.1.45 and am running it brand new on Linux and I can't do......ANYTHING in it :') doesn't react after selecting any image file from my computer to try and create a submission (doesn't freeze or stop responding, it just doesn't DO anything after i select an img), and gives me an "Unable to create account" message no matter which type of acct I try to add an account alias for. if I leave the Account Alias blank it just won't do anything if I try hitting 'Add' so I have to enter text (then get the error) or cancel

Firewall isn't blocking anything as far as I can tell, and PB+ has read & write permissions. I feel like i must just be doing something wrong from the get-go??? 🥲 I'm not.....super linux-savvy so maybe I've missed some other permission i need to allow (had to convert my windows laptop to linux mint don't ask gfhdlfk), but I'm not seeing anything on google, the site, github, and no one quite having the same issues as me historically in discord, so I'm just,,,,,,waiting for a response OTL
