I fried em up with a little olive oil and some green onions. You really gotta add your own flavor to your marble blocks, they don't really have a flavor of their own, but they soak up other flavors really well if you let them marinate overnight. I didn't add too much though, I wasn't sure what kind of flavor you'd like. And frying them adds a really nice crispy texture, which is both really helpful in making marble blocks more palatable and pretty quick and easy to do. I think they look more appetizing already! I hope you like them!
