my midi controller I bought off goodwill arrived and, though I shouldn't be surprised, something appears to be wrong with it. :1
it's recognized and playing music, but like... it's behaving weirdly. the first stroke will be normal volume, then the next will be quieter, and the next quieter, then almost silent, then suddenly back to almost full volume. this repeats over and over. it only takes a couple seconds.
FL Studio says that each one has lower velocity even though I'm pressing them back to back to back, not getting gentler. Is there some setting I'm missing??
it's a stupid Amazon Web services midi controller because I found one for ten bucks, I guess they were selling them for some AI music shit
Hey, so, we need to move, like as soon as we possibly can. A bunch of stuff has happened in a short period and we can't stay in the place we are anymore. Between the management going downhill, a bug infestation slowing invading our apartment from our neighbor, and the 20% increase in our rent we just...can't stay here anymore. We're in the process of finding a place right now. If you'd like to help us get out and moved into a new, cheaper place that we can start over from (and you have the spare funds to help):

Everything must go and every little bit helps.
We have, maybe, found a place to move into that is dramatically cheaper than our current apartment and in a more convenient area as well. The only problem is that our current place is draining any resources we have just to keep right now, so we have no savings. If you can help us move, we have to pay $1500 to move into the new place (rent, deposit, fees) by the first of August. Any help is appreciated.
