Shargam gro-Shagdulg is an Orc commoner living in Balmora. He can be found wandering around town, usually in the Commercial District near the guilds.
When asked about latest rumors, he will tell you that "Everyone's still talking about the murder of Ralen Hlaalo." Shargam himself has no idea who Ralen Hlaalo actually is though.
My job was sucking the life out of me and leaving me incapable of functioning outside of it, so this was really a self-preservation thing; I genuinely think I wouldn't have survived staying there.
