Gaeldol is a Wood Elf archer who can be found outside the East Empire Company Hall in Ebonheart.
He is of no particular relevance unless you've installed the Entertainers official plugin. He apparently considers himself to be the "Funniest Wood Elf Ever", and has published a book of jokes, I'm My Own Grandpa.
