i will never consider any game system from the xbox 360 generation (with the exception of the wii) onward as 'retro' no matter how old it gets tbh.

i am drawing a line in the sand and that line is 'retrogaming is only up to the ps2 generation'

if you have to know the reason for this, it's because i think of 'retrogaming' as 'was predominantly played/intended to be played on a crt' vs 'was meant to be played on an HDTV' like yeah i know there were tons of people who probably did play their 360s and ps3s on CRTs in the early years of the generation but considering that these were HD consoles, they were meant for HDTVs (and yes i know there were HD CRTs but let's be fair here, 2005 2006 release dates? that was the dying days of CRTs, they were on their way out mostly)

and the wii is my exception to the rule cuz the wii was an SD console that topped out at 480p anyways
