With Twitter basically destroying their culture of bots that post cute animals, I need to come up with some good tags on here to see some cute animals.

Cohost has cats covered pretty well. You don't see very many dogs or other pets even though #dogs_of_cohost and #pets_of_cohost exist. (Also, furries, please don't use those tags. I know your proud of your buff lion fursona, but you have your own tags.)

I do hope the cute animal bot makers eventually start making stuff for cohost though. It's just such a good coping skills to look at cute animals!

MP Mike Morrice from the Green Party of Canada posted a petition to expand asylum rights to transgender people and families fleeing transphobic rhetoric and legislation in their nations.

If you are a Canadian citizen

Sign this petition and share it with every Canadian you know. Only Canadian residents can sign the petition, but share it even with your American pals so they can share it to the Canadians they know. Let Parliament Hill know that transgender people have a safe place here.

If you are not a Canadian citizen

Share this with your Canadian friends, and keep a close eye on Canadian politics in the future. If/when this petition is introduced into parliament and passes, it would allow transgender people to escape from danger and find safety in Canada.

It's scary what's happening to us out there, but hopefully Canada can become a safe place for all of us.
