I went to re-order my fancy SLS-free hand soap1 and Target suggested I might also want to order the body wash.
The body wash is 10¢ less/oz so I decided to compare ingredients. The only difference is sodium lauryl glucose carboxylate vs lauryl glucoside! Sodium lauryl glucose carboxylate is a derivative of lauryl glucoside. The main difference is in foaming-- one's a little less, one's a little more, but they're both nice foamers. They both are gentle on skin.
You bet I chose the giant 40 oz bottle of body wash (it even has a pump top!) to put at the hallway bathroom sink.
Always compare ingredients! You never know what they're trying to sneak past you.
- RAW Sugar Coconut & Mango. It smells really nice and seems really gentle, as these things go. SLS angers my skin.
