Rewatching Venture Bros from the beginning, forgot how much I like this show.

What're you up to?

I still feel like this is one of the best covers I've ever done to date (even though this is like a year old at this point). I really feel like I did the song justice while putting my own spin on it. I don't know if it's anything that shows in my music but when I'm laying down tracks in my sequencer, I'm always playing them on a keyboard. They're not manually punched in with a mouse. This is mostly because I've been playing piano since I was 10 and I make music with my hands. That and my setup is all hardware to accommodate being able to use my hands and I can really get a feel for what I'm playing. Music is a really important part of my life and I have such a deep connection with it. Maybe it's just nonsense but I really like it. It sparks a lot of happiness and creativity for me and I always hope that at least some of that comes across to the listener. Like, I want them to be able to feel what I feel when I'm playing it.
