For fun I like to take old documents, scan them, and upload them for others to read. Here, we've got the cover and my favorite image from the Dec. 1962 issue of Sexology, a magazine that billed itself as educational and scientific, but wrote articles with shock and scandal in mind. It's an interesting little time capsule!
This is the only issue I own. I found it in a huge bookstore in a Nebraskan town where less than 150 people live. The owner of the bookstore offered me a coffee, warned me that a raccoon got in a couple days prior and they hadn't found it yet, so to be careful in the darker rooms. He gave me the magazine for free.
You can read the whole issue on the Internet Archive. Have fun with it but tread lightly - as you can imagine, there's some fairly queerphobic and racist content (like, a whole-ass article titled "Problems of the Bisexual").
