hey is anyone here into doll collecting? Specifically Monster High (g1 or g3) or even Rainbow High (I just got introduced to this one). Either customization or even just collecting?

I had a big MH phase that started back in maybe 2012/2013 after I got tired of the state of MLP at the time. I started to lose interest in MH when it started to slowly fizzle out. I kept my dolls, but haven't really been much into collecting since then.

I have been eyeing up the G3 dolls since they got leaked, but was putting off buying them. A close friend recently got into doll collecting, and yesterday we went to Target and both got a Draculaura. They also showed me the Rainbow High dolls. I am not sure if I am totally into them (yet), but there were a few designs I really liked.

Also is anyone here watching the G3 MH show? How do you like it? If you watched the G1 shows, how do you feel they compare?

I've been really excited for this anime to finally drop! Going forward, I'll be recapping each episode the week they air, alongside my thoughts and analysis. (I didn't really intend this one to end up double-barrelled, but there was a lot of groundwork to cover in EP 1.)
