every time i move i end up throwing out tons of shelf-stable food, hygiene/cleaning supplies, and staples. paper towels, bleach, soaps, sponges, just the absolute easiest stuff to reuse/redistribute, often in store packaging / with tags! (for example, i had to throw out two dish scrub brushes because the minimum quantity i could buy was three.)
