So a week or so ago, the fridge started rapidly dying from the compressor fan locking up. Now the well's pressure tank has stopped working. I hate to ask it of folks, but the fridge was nearly $800 and the well repair is $1200 and we still need to fix a window that came apart and there are a million other things that are bad from my parents doing either no maintenance or "temporary" maintenance on things, like the septic line needing cleared of roots and the washing machine breaking and let's not even start on how the house needs re-leveled and has for years on end and the walls are all mouse-ridden drywall.
The short of this is that if you can share or donate to this, it would mean a lot and we'd be incredibly grateful.

I'm just curious!
I'll start:
-
A 32cm carbon steel pan for anything where I'm using oil and not a lot of water, and also minimal/no highly acidic ingredients. (I'm currently re-seasoning this one — I'm pretty sure my initial coat was never consistent enough to really hold up.)
-
A 30cm stainless steel pan for anything acidic, if it needs medium to high temperatures.
-
A 32cm nonstick pan, for cases where I need extremely reliable Not Sticking™.
