ok so i watched My First Summer (2020). it's an Australian coming-of-age sapphic romance directed by Katie Found, starring Markella Kavanagh and Maiah Stewardson. it did a quick run on the Australian film festival circuit and picked up a few accolades.

i quite liked the film. as far as sapphic romance movies go, it's not my favorite, but it was quite good and it made me smile. i don't think it's a perfect movie, but over on Letterboxd the negative reviews demonstrate a pattern that i find incredibly concerning and frustrating.

The screen door latch was busted (like it was literally split in half, it fell into pieces when i took it off lol) so my dad went out to buy a new latch, and i installed it. works perfectly because im drop dead sexy like that
