Over the decades I've collected my own cast of pulp adventure comic characters. I've been meaning to do a nice drawing of all of them in the style of those old "The Origin and Powers of The Legion of Super-Heroes" pages that are just panel sized pin-up drawings that reminds the reader who is who. Some of these drawing are pulled from older drawing as place holders. The sketchier panels are new drawings.

now that i’ve been in here more than two days, i think i can say with confidence my favorite thing is that i enjoy reading comments to posts. my time on twitter basically conditioned me to expect a bunch of reactionaries doing their best to imply slurs at people so they can’t get suspended while still being hateful worms. here it’s just, people actually want to engage with a post and it’s just delightful

I just checked again, and I still can't find any mashup intercutting "What is Love" and "The Concept of Love" to form a call and response implying a conversation between the two.

It's been years since I had the thought! Are you guys seriously going to make me do it myself?
