Honestly this site needs a way to review favorited/liked posts or another way to bookmark them to look at/read later.

is there a way — like, a specific url pattern i guess — to see posts made by a specific account and with a specific tag?

seems like the obvious way to categorize your own posts but offhand i can't find a way to do it
