Y'know the thing that I think Cohost does that makes it great, but isn't quite as obvious to people? Cohost is just a freaking website.

It's not trying to be a clever single-page app, it's not trying to behave like it's not on the web and make it hard to link to things, no. Posts here are web pages. A user page, with their whole chronological list of posts, is a web page. There's not even infinite scrolling! You go back to previous pages by clicking a link, that link includes pagination parameters, and you load it! You can link to things within your posts, you can embed things, you can even do more complex things in your posts, because you can write HTML here! It's lovely and wonderful, and not something you see anymore.

Cohost is not a fourth website. Those other three things aren't websites; Cohost is the first website to check 15 times a day.

Hi all! I'm Amanda, and I'm plural! I'm a 25-year-old queer genderfluid mess and I use any/all pronouns! Since Cohost is chill, and since I'm getting a bit more confident as I try to come out of my shell, I'll introduce my system in detail for the first time publicly.

My system's name is the Patch System, mainly because I used to design mission patches for space missions at the time I named ourselves. I'm using singular pronouns for myself for reasons I will elaborate on later, but for now, I'll introduce you to my headmates!
