Are... (preferably accessible) Tooltips possible, with CSS here? Is it possible to learn this power?

With the Angry Ghosts In My Veins (AADHD), I often do a lot of post-remark explanations in parantheses... like that.

Having that be a tooltip instead with the explanation/context being truly optional, but accessible, would be something I'd really love to try, if possible. Any tips, or directions to seek, would be deeply appreciated.

And, y'know, since it's right there to be asked, if tooltips are possible... Could they show images too, in some way?... That would be... Powerful.

Still looking for a workaround.) They're not required reading but often do hold a lot of good writing!
