how do people make those bars that look like old-school forum signatures that are like 50 or 75px tall and are super wide with a cropped background image, possibly a scanline filter and blocky letters on the right that say something like "SHIT POSTER" or something.
is there a generator for that or am i going to have to open up pixlr and do it myself?
(side note: if you know what i'm talking about, what is the name of that font?)
