Here are some uBlock Origin filters to simplify it.

How to apply the filters

1. Click the uBlock Origin icon in your browser
2. Click the gears icon to open the options
3. Open the "My filters" tab
4. Paste the filters into the text box
5. Click "Apply changes"
6. Close the options and refresh Cohost

To remove animations:

cohost.org##.launcher-button:style(animation: none !important; transition: none !important; transform: none !important;)
cohost.org##.launcher-button *:style(animation: none !important; transition: none !important; transform: none !important;)

To remove the text and shrink it down to just the icon:

cohost.org##.launcher-button .launcher-text

And just for fun, to replace the question mark icon with a cute little 🐛 emoji:

cohost.org##.launcher-button .icon
cohost.org##.launcher-button::before:style(content: '🐛')

And you can combine all three! But if you use all three, the second line of the first one can be removed for efficiency.

Seeing some of the weirder posts on this site makes me want to learn CSS. Never learned a programming language before and especially never thought that it could be used inside a post like that.

None of the SNS I tried has the ability to do that, either for a (very good) reason or just simply skill issues. To be honest, I don't know.

Either way, I'll try this. Maybe having something new to learn will wake my brain up a little.
