you can speed-fail almost any encounter by stressing yourself out so bad you have a panic attack. this is a supported function of the fundamental mechanics

answer: no but there IS a mechanic where you can shut down other goats' attempts to be nice to you if their way of being "nice" would actually give you a panic attack
