I've been working on character creation in The Last Days of Friendship Valley today, and I'm excited to report that it's looking extremely good!!!

Wishlist The Last Days of Friendship Valley today:

This game's gone through a ton of different stages of development, and it's almost impossible to believe that these two screenshots are of fundamentally the same game. It's grown a lot over the past two years!! Lots of iterations of the same base design, getting closer and closer to something truly compelling.

The underlying mechanics are almost identical between these two screenshots; the only difference is years of time polishing the look and feel of everything, figuring out new angles, simplifying some mechanics so they're actually comprehensible, etc etc etc. I'm really happy with how well the base concept has held up, tbh!

Also gigantic shoutouts to the art team @cupsofjade @hedgemom @iainmacquarrie @mallaichte this game would still be ms paint drawings of goats without y'all
