I miss bars. I miss going to bars so much. I am having Goldfish with today's drink in memory/honor of the free happy hour Goldfish at one of my favorite Seattle cocktail bars, Rob Roy.

The drink in question is a Bronco Buster, a rye & apple brandy Sidecar variant.
