Andro Hoverdale was a male conman who lived at the time of the Galactic Civil War.

Years before the Battle of Yavin, he hired a young Twi'lek entertainer named Propti Xaroon to entertain him. She was still young and inexperienced, making it easy for Hoverdale to steal all of her belongings, including her family jewelry, identity chips and all of her money.

By 1 ABY, he had become the leader of a group of criminals, the Hoverdale bandits that operated out of a cave in the Tatooinian desert. When a mercenary seeking Xaroon's endorsement for membership in the Azure Cabal asked Xaroon for an assignment, she sent the mercenary to Hoverdale to bring back her belongings. The mercenary attacked the bandits and eventually found Xaroon's belongings inside the hideout.

But before the mercenary could take Xaroon's pouch, Hoverdale discovered the intruder and attacked. A fight ensued in which Hoverdale was killed.

Andro Hoverdale was a Non-Player Character (NPC) in Sony Online Entertainment's MMORPG Star Wars Galaxies prior to its closure on December 15, 2011. He was part of the Azure Cabal quest line, which was added to the game with [http://starwarsgalaxies.station.sony.com/players/news_archive.vm?id=67250&month=052007 Chapter 6: Dangers of the Wild] in May 2007.

In the bandits' cave, the player had to kill bandits until a clue to the pouch's location was found. If the player took too long to get the pouch after getting the clue, Hoverdale sent the player a warning. A short time after this warning, Hoverdale appeared near the player and attacked. If the player was quick, it was possible to complete the quest without having to fight and kill Hoverdale.

Victor Grieves was an Imperial Security Bureau Investigations Specialist. He joined the ISB directly from COMPNOR at the age of 27 and was assigned to the Investigations arm mere weeks before the destruction of the second Death Star. After that, he operated with Imperial governors throughout the Outer Rim Territories as a spy and assassin, often bringing warning of New Republic attacks weeks before the attack would even be scheduled to take place.

Even though he missed the glory days of the Empire when he was well-equipped and well supported, Grieves loved the dangers of operating independently. He sometimes considered leaving Imperial service entirely and perhaps becoming an independent spy or even bounty hunter. Grieves was last seen operating in the Rintonne system and was suspected to be working with Imperial Governor Serdif Tount.

Tirsia Lek was a Human female agent of the Imperial Security Bureau during the Galactic Civil War.

At some point in Galactic Civil War prior to the Occupation of Bespin, Tirsia Lek was an agent of the Imperial Security Bureau investigating Marus Grayson for the sale of contraband outside Imperial space. When it was discovered that Grayson would be auctioning off the Jewel of Yavin, a valuable corusca gem on Cloud City, Lek traveled to Bespin posing as Zekra Fol, a representative of a non-existent mining consortium fabricated by the ISB. Lek had little interest in the gem itself, but wanted the price driven higher for the item to further incriminate her assignment.

Pend was part of the crew of the vessel Band Light, which was suspected of privateering during the reign of the Galactic Empire. At some point before or during 1 BBY, he and the rest of the crew of the Band Light were checking out an Etti-class light transport that was floating adrift near the planet Ord Mantell, when he died. He was checking for smuggled goods in a ventilation shaft near the galley on the light transport when he was beheaded by an Imperial Terror Trooper. When his body was found, it was suspected by the captain and the other crew members that something had dislodged on the ship, fallen, and killed him.

Pend was mentioned in the "Terror Trooper" entry in the in-game databank of the PlayStation 3/Xbox 360 versions of the LucasArts video game Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II, which was released on October 26, 2010.
