Mardu Avoa was the male Human president of the Drearian Defense Conglomerate and after Avoa's son was kidnapped by Thalassian slavers, he was rescued by the bounty hunter Corvastan Benelex.

Kadlah Cha was member of the Warrior caste of the Yuuzhan Vong. She served as a battle tactician to Commander Wyrpuuk Cha, a member of her Domain. Her facial markings were similar to Wyrpuuk's, and served to enlarge her features.
