and i just... don't reach that last point. something about the process - whether by email, form, or DM - still trips the Customer Service Voice™ breaker.
it might be less formal than work emails, it might have exclamation marks and <3s strewn about more freely, but at least initial contact for any new comm is going to be properly capitalized and punctuated
