New survey! So far we've talked about card games, visual novels, roguelikes, hidden gems, itch.io games and Touhou games. Folks have added great games in the shares and comments sections. Eventually, I'd love to start compiling some of these into some posts highlighting some lesser-known gems.

So, this time: What's your favorite 3D indie game?

Since the beginning of video games, it's always been much easier to make a 2D game with a small team than a 3D one. Even as recently as 10 years ago, I'd says the tools available for indie devs skewed much more towards 2D. But now, it finally feels like things are changing, and we've been seeing more and more 3D games come out.

I'm curious to know which ones click with you!

What's the definition of a "3D game"? I don't know! I guess we can say "games where a majority of assets are 3D models" or "games where you spend most of your time navigating a 3D space."

So...which are your favorites? Let me know in the comments!

Hello cohosters!

Back again with a recap of the past month in the world of indie games. Lots of great interviews with game devs here on Cohost this month! Also the batch of games is absolutely stellar.

Without further ado, here's your Indie Game Recap of all of the Cohoster interviews I did and new games I found in July...
