i was gonna share some advice and figured i could make it a post, that way more people can benefit from it! (note: i am not a professional, these are just things that help me personally)
so, self care, huh. it can be quite the challenge to some people, especially when dealing with mental illness,, here i'll list random things that have helped things be a little less difficult and maybe even more fun for me! hopefully others may find it useful as well ^^
