It is 1:37 AM. I was using the YouTube Algorithm to listen to homemade electronic music when suddenly the Algorithm steered straight off the end of the homemade electronic music and dumped me at this entirely silent video

What is this? The account is named "heavy light". It has hundreds of videos like this. The process by which they are made appears to vary but the content is always the same, the videos always depict some sort of waves. The videos are always one to two minutes long. The videos are always silent. Some of them are just gorgeous. I like this one:
