This is my first post, so welcome to my pizza blog! I make pizza once a week or so and thought I might as well post about it. I've got a few different crust styles I do, depending on what I'm feeling that week - they don't always turn out the way I hope, but hopefully they taste good!
Tonight I used the outdoor oven for Neapolitan style pies. There were four adults (plus my toddler, who LOVES pizza crust) so I made cheese bread to share + four personal pizzas.
Pictured is my own pie (tomato sauce base; pepperoni, bacon, and basil) and my wife's classic (barbecue sauce base; chicken, banana peppers, and extra sauce drizzle). Not pictured were classic cheese and alfredo sauce/chicken&basil pies.
