[alt text: the image on the left of a bust shot photograph of a white skinned blond masculine person wearing heart-shaped sunglasses, a face mask that says NO SIGNAL, a tarot necklace of the card The Fool, a mesh shirt, and a denim vest with some trans and gay pride buttons on it. they are giving a peace sign. the image on the left is a fullbody image of an anthro furby with a brownish-grey swirl pattern on its body, gold and black eyes, top surgery scars, large paws, a fluffy tail, a black and white trucker hat that says REPENT, and a red fabric vest with a trans pride heart and he/they pronoun pin.]

hey there everynyan it's me, silas!

28 year old (29 in november!) queer polyam nb trans man who uses he/they/it pronouns! that's me up there on the left! that's also me up there on the right depending on how you look at things -- my furbsona (not a typo), prophet! (art by snarbsart @ twit) you can learn more about him at @prophetesque !! but more about me -- i'm a certified pharmacy technician by trade working for [redacted pharmacy in grocery store]. world's #1 yeti a love story fan. blocked by dril on twitter.

some of the things i'm into are pro wrestling, furbys/beanie babys, witchcraft (baby witch limited by chronic and mental illness), music (the paper chase, the mountain goats, elliotly, will wood), streamers like jerma985 and wayneradiotv, arknights, ttrpgs, nbc hannibal, and a lot of other stuff! if you want to learn more about me, i have a website!!

i don't do a lot of notable creative things anymore -- i used to write and roleplay a ton but that petered off a few years back. i HAVE been working on coding, though, (mostly on my website and in twine), and i'm really excited to play with cohost's capabilities on that front! you can find me on a ton of other websites including tumblr, twitter, subeta, steam, as @/prophetesque, and on toyhouse as @/silas !!

i'm really excited to be here and hope to meet a ton more people!!

Hi! We're the Harmony Friends, a plural system consisting of a bunch of terminally queer PKMNs, various critters, brain people, parts, pieces, fragments… etc. We live in an autistic CPTSD-survivor mind and a disabled transfem body. We're genderfluid lesbians doing our best to take care of ourselves one day at a time. You might know us better by the name Hinchy, which we used before coming out as plural, but this is how we do things these days!

We are multidisciplinary digital creative artists who have done work in video games, music composition, arrangement, and production, video editing, writing, drawing and graphic design. We also are voiceover artists and streamers and cooks (oh my)! Please check out our portfolio for more information on that stuff (except the cooking, heh). We are disabled, and have less accommodations than we used to, so we spend the vast majority of our energy on housework these days and don't have a lot left over for anything else. But, we are slowly learning how to make disabled creativity work for us!

We'd like to introduce ourselves to you!

I'm eblu. I do things sometimes, such as graphic design, programming/gamedev, doodling things really jankily, making websites (2.0 is coming soon I swear), and possibly even making mashups for some reason.

I'm more than enamored by Cohost's promise of being a "fourth site"—I've been looking to set up shop elsewhere for a couple of years now and Tumblr/Mastodon didn't quite do it for me. it's super cool to get into something while it's still new—this community seems super tight-knit and welcoming which just makes it better for me.

anyway, I'm eager look into testing the limits of what this site has to offer over the coming days. I can't say that I'm totally a seasoned frontend developer but I've been drooling over all of the experimentation that this site's lax policy regarding embedded HTML has enabled.

as for the rest of you (idk who this is supposed to refer to but stay with me here), happy wednesday!
