Janeway looks upon humanoid Murf and feels a semblance of regret for abandoning her beautiful Salamander children.

They aren't wasting any time when it comes to Admiral Janeway's plot, which is nice. And that was one heck of a cliffhanger! As always, I'm surprised and pleased by the sheer amount of continuity involved, given that wasn't necessary.
