With the fact that I need 10 hrs of sleep to feel my best. Why has society made us feel bad for needing more than 8 hours of sleep?? And yet I am here, trying to pinpoint why I feel so happy and motivated this morning, and feeling mostly glad to realize it's because I got 10 hrs of sleep last night, and a slight twinge of shame bc "surely 10 hrs of sleep a night is for children and losers." 🤦♂️
I REBUKE THE COP IN MY BRAIN WHO SOUNDS LIKE MY DAD WAKING ME UP AT 8AM ON A SATURDAY (when I was fully an 8 year old child, so like apparently even children don't get to sleep as much more than 8 hrs, FOH) - EVERYONE GET AS MUCH SLEEP AS YOU WANT AND NEED!
