Alfhin transitioned through multiple means (magic and mundane) later in life, and eventually gave birth to triplets. Being genderfluid, the kittycat tends to kinda go with whatever presentation feels good at the time. with the magic at their disposal, gender and sex are so mutable that it essentially became a slurry. no matter what they are a loving mother to their children, though!
