I'm really glad to be working on projects that I love again, rather than feeling like I have to pay lip service to them. A good year or two ago I started struggling with art with everything in my life going on, but I think some of that was because I felt I had to do this one specific kind of art or story because it was what people wanted/expected, and it really sucked the fun out of art for me.

I'm all for doing things for people, but not doing all my art purely for others is definitely an improvement
